Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled from our UAE warehouse. Once your order is verified, it may take up to 48–72 hours (1–3 business days, Monday to Friday) to process and prepare for shipment. During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales, processing times may take longer.
After dispatch, delivery across the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on orders above AED 500. Standard delivery rates will apply for orders below this amount.
We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. At checkout, you will see the estimated delivery date for your order. Shipments are only processed on UAE business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

For customers outside the UAE, we offer fast and reliable shipping through our trusted global courier partners. Depending on your country, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Trendevo is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processes, natural events, courier strikes, or transportation disruptions, nor for any additional fees or charges once the package has left the UAE.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your shipment until delivery.

All applicable customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trendevo is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, hold times, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please allow 1–2 business days after order processing to receive your tracking number. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking numbers to track each shipment.

Trendevo is not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for the order.
