Return Policy

At Trendevo, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. For domestic UAE orders, we accept returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Once this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must include the original packaging, tags, barcodes, and protective coverings intact. Clothing should be folded neatly, and all branded packaging, such as ziplock bags, must be returned as well.
Certain products are non-returnable for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. These include personal care products such as soaps, cosmetics, skincare items, and face masks, as well as intimate or sanitary goods including undergarments and lingerie. Perishable goods, hazardous items, digital products, and e-gift cards are also not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, customers are required to complete the return request form available on our website. Our support team will review the claim and provide instructions for the next steps, including courier arrangements where applicable. When contacting us, please always include your order number and a clear reason for the return.
Once the item has been received at our UAE warehouse, please allow up to seven (7) business days for our team to inspect and process the return. If approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days. For returns due to defective or incorrect items, Trendevo will cover the cost of shipping. For all other returns, including change-of-mind, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

Please note that Trendevo is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If your tracking number shows the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for misplaced parcels. In such situations, refunds cannot be issued, though our support team will do their best to guide you through possible solutions.
As for cancellations or amendments, our warehouse processes orders quickly during working days, which means changes such as delivery address, payment method, or shipping option cannot usually be made once your order has been placed. For orders placed during weekends or UAE public holidays, it may still be possible to cancel within twenty-four (24) hours if notified promptly. In such cases, customers may cancel and place a new order with the updated details.
